Copyright policy, terms and conditions.

General Information:

By right of protecting what has been created by myself,  be it visual art or literature of all sorts, I have copyrighted the hereby dA profile.
, along with everything that is included within it, is my  intellectual property. All the characters are original (appearance, personality) and the plotlines are created by me in their entirety, being solely uploaded in my deviantart page and personal blog.
Nothing is to be used in any way without my written or otherwise permission, and this includes publishing, editing, reproducing, uploading, etc. My work does NOT belong to public domain.



Commissioned Artists:

As an artist, I take the protection of my work and my characters very seriously.
Therefore, if you're a commissioned artist, you are permitted in using my original characters (their natural appearance and/or any physical likeness to them) ONLY if you credit me and link back to my dA profile the afore mentioned creation. You can also upload it to personal profiles and portfolios, but you MUST identify the character you've drawn by his/her name.
By no means does that give you any rights to any of my characters you may depict. You do NOT own them. You can never claim they belong to you or that you created them. I retain all copyrights and am the sole copyright owner of my characters and of any forms of their depictions, including the drawings I commission. You will always receive credit for your artwork and personal style, plus a URL will be provided to link back to your dA profile.
Do NOT give anyone the right to use drawings of my characters or permissions to use my characters without asking me first!
Do NOT enable the Download button on the deviations depicting my characters, as by that you're enabling people to have access to them!

I will never profit from your creative works and/or use them commercially, the same way you may NOT use mine for any commercial purpose whatsoever!

All artists that may wish to work with me must read and agree to these terms. Please note that you must read and accept the watermark terms as well. I am holding the same permissions and restrictions on all of my works and related intellectual property. I make no exceptions.



Gift Givers:

If you wish to gift me with any form of artwork that includes any of my original characters, may it be visual or literature, you have to agree to the following terms before doing so. This ALSO includes cases where the gift giver commissions another artist for the artwork!
Similar to the commissioned artists, you are permitted in using my original characters (their natural appearance and/or any physical likeness to them) ONLY if you credit me and link back to my dA profile the afore mentioned creation. You can upload it to personal profiles and portfolios, but you MUST identify the character you've drawn by his/her name.

Do NOT draw any of my characters with other characters that aren't my own without asking for my permission first.
Do NOT enable the Download button on the deviations depicting my characters, as by that you're enabling people to have access to them!

Those terms apply both ways, meaning that I also have the right to upload your artwork to my personal pages, but I will always credit you and link back to your dA account.

Please note that you must read and accept the watermark terms as well. I am holding the same permissions and restrictions on all of my works and related intellectual property. I make no exceptions.



Non-artists who wish to share my copyrighted artwork:

You are NOT allowed to share without my written or otherwise permission. If permission is given, do NOT share without credit!
At the bottom of my page I state that any artwork I own, be it literature or visual art I have created along with the artwork I have commissioned, is NOT to be redistributed, uploaded, etc without my permission.
I want to make it clear that anything related to my characters is NOT allowed to leave my page or each credited artist's page. Only the artist has the right to upload it in their portfolio and share on their pages without asking me, as long as they credit me back.



Watermark



I have created this watermark that links back to me, which I've used on all of my visuals, both artwork and photographs. Download, scale and use it on your drawings of my original characters OR make your own, as long as my URL is readable, after sending me the watermark-free version of it first, be you a commissioned artist or a gift giver.This is not optional, it's mandatory and will be highly appreciated, as it will protect both your artwork and my copyright.
You are also allowed to add your personal watermark/signature on the artwork you were commissioned to do for me next to mine, for example : Art made by "your name here" .

Again I repeat, do NOT enable the Download button on the deviations depicting my characters, as by that you're enabling people to have access to them!
